About FYTS

FYTS is the security token of the Flour Yield ecosphere — built to channel capital into measurable, real‑world ecological value.

Our Mission

We align capital with climate‑positive real‑world activity. FYTS finances the growth of the FYT ecosphere — a practical, merchant‑driven network that promotes regenerative agriculture and sustainability. Our approach pairs a regulated investor instrument (FYTS) with a broad‑based utility program token (FYT) and an operational hub (FYT Connect).

Issuer & Ecosystem

Insela UAB is the issuer behind the Flour Yield ecosphere. Insela issues the FYT utility token — a MiCA‑aligned program token used for access, discounts, and rewards — and operates FYT Connect, the ecosphere hub for shops, creators, and rewards.

FYTS complements FYT as a separate security token for qualified/professional investors, offered under MiFID II private placement rules. FYTS does not change FYT’s nature as a utility token; rights and disclosures are strictly separated.

Real‑World Anchor: Basalt & Partners

Flour Yield is developed in partnership with Balkan Basalt and supported by Dutch investors. Basalt is central to our green strategy — as a material for enhanced rock weathering and as a resilient, circular resource for products across the ecosphere. Supply, logistics, and quality parameters are managed under documented frameworks; details are provided in investor materials.

The FYT–FYTS Model

FYT (Utility): MiCA‑aligned program token for access, discounts, rewards across FYT Connect. No dividends, no redemption guarantees.

FYTS (Security): Financial instrument offered under MiFID II private placement; participation rights defined in Offering Documents; transfer‑restricted (whitelisted) on‑chain delivery.

FYT Connect

FYT Connect is the ecosphere hub for shops, creators, and rewards. It is operated by Insela and provides program governance, integrations, and partner onboarding — without offering regulated financial services. Visit the hub to explore the ecosystem and its utility‑first programs.

Governance & Disclosures

FYTS is structured as a financial instrument under MiFID II and offered only to qualified/professional investors via private placement. FYT is a separate MiCA‑aligned utility token used for non‑financial program purposes.

Participation is governed by the Term Sheet, Offering Memorandum, allocation notices, and subscription agreements. Jurisdictional and transfer restrictions apply.

Regulatory, market, technology, liquidity, and operational risks apply. Review risk disclosures carefully before proceeding.
